Make your handbag last for years - branded handbags in dubai

Handbags are one of women’s most personalized accessories. We buy it with the “it-will-last-for-years” concept. Even though they are handbags, even they require care and preservation.
Dubai offers the most luxurious handbags for women. Now all the women out there can have a collection of the latest handbags. Coming back to today’s topic, there are a few tips and tricks that can help prevent your designer handbags from damage and make them last for years.

1. Protecting the material of the handbag is the first and foremost important thing. Bags are prone to liquids spilling on them, want to prevent the material from staining beforehand, then you can use Collonil and Chamberlain’s to coat your handbags surface. Both these products have immense leather-protecting qualities. Use these products often on handbags that are used heavily.

2. Second step is to store your handbags properly. Storing them in a heaped and haphazard way in your closet will only decrease the life of your handbag and add further to the damages. Whenever keeping your handbag in the closet keep in an upright position and cover it with dust bags or pillow cover, doing this will prevent dust from settling on your expensive designer handbags. In addition fill your handbags with scarves, newspapers, papers, plastic bags to keep its shape intact.

3. Different types and kinds of stains should be handled accordingly and should be removed the right way. Dealing with stains the wrong way can stain and damage your handbag forever. We don’t want that; follow the mentioned techniques for specific stain types.

    a. For food stains crush white chalk or use powder and let it sit on the stain overnight. Brush off with a clean cloth in the morning.

    b. For stubborn oil stains put cornstarch on the stain immediately, rubbing it in to create heat from friction, which will help the oil absorb. Brush the powder off with a clean cloth after you've rubbed it in—don’t let it sit on the stain.

    c. For ink stains if the stain is fresh, use a white eraser to immediately erase the spot, without applying too much pressure so that the color doesn't come off. If the ink is already set, you’ll need a professional. An eraser also works for dirt stains.

    d. Odors can be irritating and embarrassing when in public. In order to remove any type of stench coming from within your bag keep a plastic bag filled with baking soda inside your handbag. Zip the handbag or place it in a larger bag that seals if it doesn't zip. Keep the baking soda in the bag for one or two days to absorb the odor. Another option is place a couple of dryer sheets in the bag for a few days.
